Highly Recommended Plumbers!
This is the 3rd time I have used Ben Franklin plumbing. Johnny and Kai were so great and professions when replacing my condensation line from my AC and they were able to do it without displacing Sheetrock! They also replaced 2 spigots which were very old without having to remove brick!!
Their colleague Colby had been at the house the day before for diagnosis purposes and was equally as professional and kind. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was okay! I’m very happy with this team! Very kind and professional!
Jeffrey Larson of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came today and replaced several shutoff valves. Jeffrey was prompt, friendly and a seasoned professional with 39 years experience. Jeffrey was able to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently. I have used Ben Franklin multiple times and would use them again as they send out competent tradesmen that perform whatever task at a reasonable yet competitive price.
We have always worked with Ben Franklin for our plumbing and heating needs. Apart from good quality work what stands out is the people who work for them. Cody Lane who helped us with a clogged drain showed amazing workmanship. Extremely courteous, patient and thorough. It’s a blessing to run into such honest good at heart folks. Keep it up Benjamin Franklin.
Did a fine job of replacing my kitchen faucet. I thought it was a bit pricey but the tech did a good job and was very friendly. Would have been 5 star had the price been more reasonable.
We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom at the pull faucet and cartridge. I made a temporary repair, however didn’t feel comfortable with something that was not 100% fixed with any water upstairs. Called Ben and was scheduled the next day.
Ben was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! He was quick, thorough, and extremely professional. He knew my concerns, was able to identify we had a larger problem with the valve. He updated me with the costs at every step of the process. Decision to replace everything was a made, and he responded the next business day ready to go!
Started at 8:30am and was done by 10:30am. Ben took care of my home, kept it clean and was an example of how we should feel having service done at our home.
I will absolutely call and request Ben again when the next plumbing challenge comes up. Highly recommend him!!!
