Although we were told through text message that the time window for our service was 8-10 am, tech arrived after 11:00. We called when there was no communication and we were told window was 8-12.?
Regardless, Kelsey, our tech, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
Our under warranty water heater was replaced (due to leaking tank) and Kelsey was patient/thorough at answering all our questions. He promised to follow through with all documentation about the new warranty.
We also appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing standing by their warranty service and making the catastrophe (a leaking water heater, wood floors and no hot water) as smooth a transition as possible.
